Signing up for The Landlord Assurance Program is as simple as 1, 2, 3. IRC Inc. will perform a minimum background check consisting of, but not limited to, a FICO score, nationwide criminal check, eviction records, employment check, and current/previous landlord reference.
1. Go to the Required Documents page located on the left. Print out all documents and complete requested information.
2. Fax completed documents to IRC, Inc.
3. Click the PayPal Buy Now button located below and purchase the tenant screening.
You will receive a reply within 24 hours. If your applicant is approved, IRC, Inc. will send you a Certificate of Approval for The Landlord Assurance Program.
